Maria Rita Rocha, affectionately known as Rita, passed away peacefully on July 10, 2023, in Anaheim, CA, following a courageous battle with ALS. Born on May 23, 1959, in Villa Victoria, Mexico, Rita's life was characterized by her strength, love, and unwavering dedication to her family.

Rita was an extraordinary woman whose life was marked by her humble beginnings in Mexico. Her tenacity and drive led her to become a successful business owner, showcasing her entrepreneurial spirit. Besides her professional accomplishments, Rita was also a devoted housewife, always putting her family's needs above her own. Her immeasurable love for her family and her strong work ethic were her defining attributes.

Rita was the beloved wife of Francisco Rocha, with whom she shared a beautiful journey of love and companionship. Together, they raised two wonderful daughters, Ramona Rocha and Marisol Carlos, who inherited their mother's strength and grace. Rita was also the cherished grandmother of Jessica Stinnett and Andrew Bonilla, and Noah Carlos, and the doting great-grandmother of Julian and Jace Stinnett. She loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren deeply, and they were the light of her life.

Rita was a woman of many interests and passions. She had a deep love for music, which brought joy and comfort to her throughout her life. She also enjoyed watching her novelas, a pastime that allowed her to unwind and relax. More than anything, she cherished the time she spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, always providing them with unconditional love and support.
